My daughter is so funny! On New Year's Eve we made a trip to the hospital. One of our best friends (more like family!) dad had open heart surgery. I was explaining to Graclyn where we were going & that I needed her to be my a "big girl princess". This is what she said: Graclyn: "So we're going to heaven?' Me: "No, we're going to visit Shuggie (this is what my kids call him) in the hospital." G: "But is God going to be there?" M: "Yes, God is everywhere. Sis, why did you ask if we were going to heaven?" G: "Because we prayed for Lance (a little boy from church that was in the hospital) & for God to be with him & his flamily(yes she said "flamily"). And God lives at the hospital, so that's were heaven is!" For some reason, she has been fascinated with our wedding. She wants to look at pictures & watch the video constantly! The other night after my husband went to bed she asked me "Momma, when you and my daddy got married, did you kiss like this?(kissy face, closed eyes, & moving her head from side to side) You know, like grown ups do?"
