Spring break baby!!! Whoo Hoo!!!!
It was just us girls & spring break had officially started. The first thing Graclyn said when she plopped in the truck was, "It's spring break baby!!!! Whoo Hoo!" We had the windows down, sunroof open, & T. Swift 'crankin way up loud'. It was a great afternoon. The weekend passed all too quickly and the work week for mom & dad had begun.
Have I ever mentioned that I have the world's greatest in-laws? Well, I do. I met Karrie & her sister Carla in the city Tuesday afternoon and handed over my loves. (mom was extremely sad, but the babes couldn't be more excited. 4 days at Namaw & Papa's without mom & dad!!!) I sadly have no pictures of all their spring break fun, but by the sounds of it, FUN was had by all! They had a shopping day, a late night trip to the movies, a baking day, a day at the park with all of their favorite cousins, a trip to Sara Sara Cupcakes, pink swirl, & even a talent show!!! They definitely had a week full of fun and loads of memories were made. It's always so hard for me to part with them, especially over night; but I know that it's good for them. Some of my favorite childhood memories are with my grandparents.
We reunited Saturday afternoon at The Bass Pro Shops. I love knowing that we were missed. There's nothing better than being smothered in hugs and kisses! We made another trip to Sara Sara Cupcakes and then had dinner at Toby Keith's (the babes think that it's the coolest place ever!) We made it home in time to get showers and spend a lot of the night outside checking out the 'super moon'. We had a great worship service Sunday morning and then Dusty and his favorite little lady had a date. They had lunch together and then went on a little shopping spree. Zady Baby & I had lunch and ice cream and laid around watching movies. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon!
We smoothly fell back into routine this a.m. These next few weeks of school are for sure going to fly by. There are field trips, parties, & lots more fun to be had!
