Who would've ever thought many, many, many, many, years ago, 16 to be exact; on the 1st day at a new school, entering the 7th grade, I would meet one of my dearest and best friends? I was a tiny, shy, little thing & didn't know a soul. I got stopped in the hall on my way to vocal music by some strange, tall, beautiful blond haired girl asking if she could wear my brand new k-swiss tennis shoes for the day & I could wear her Cole Hann's. Not sure if she was serious or not, I said yes. We have been friends ever since! ![]()
Together we have wrote on Middle School bathroom walls & repainted bathroom walls (& bc of her we were caught! Who writes their own name?!). We were T.H.S's finest cheerleaders, one summer we ''DRC'd" all of Pott. Co, we fell off of front porches in Norman together. We have stood beside each other in our weddings and now we get to experience the wonderful life of motherhood together. We may not get to see each other often, but we both know that we are in each others hearts forever.
I hope you have a fabulous birthday Charity DeAnn. You are an amazing friend, I am blessed to go on this journey we call life with you on my side. You are loyal, kind, & precious!
